HARRY POTTER THEMED FOREST ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I met Stephanie and Nicolas at an expo I attended as a vendor. They had won my engagement session giveaway and I was so happy to have met them! Getting to know more about them and what they wanted for their session, I was very excited to try their Harry Potter themed engagement session in the forest.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT HAPPENED

Stephanie said, “..This past August he popped the question almost every girl waits to hear from the love of their life. He went above and beyond to plan the most meaningful proposal with my family present at the place I felt I always truly belonged, Hogwarts! To top it off, he designed the engagement ring completely Harry Potter themed with the most beautiful details and signs of pure love (how could I not say “Always” when he asked me if I still loved him, “after all this time” ). Now, we are unbelievably excited to step into this new journey of wedding planning, marriage life, and spending our future in each other’s arms 😊” How freakin’ sweet?! And folks, I saw the proposal video on her Instagram and it was so so romantic!

THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

We met at this beautiful park preserve. Which was a perfect location for us because the tall trees gave us major Harry Potter feels. And major Twilight feels! We spent the hour frolicking, giggling, and having fun. They brought meaningful items with them which were their wizard wands and the Hogsmeade map. I always bring my string lights to shoots, so I added those to the wands ✨ I definitely would love to do more Harry Potter themed forest engagement shoots after this one 😁
