Vanderbilt Museum Engagement Session | Long Island, NY | Jenny + Mario

September 1, 2020

I had first met them at the engagement session! Because of the pandemic I’ve temporarily stopped meeting couples for coffee before we have the session. But nonetheless we hit it off and had a great time! They had chosen Vanderbilt Museum because of the Spanish architecture. My, was it beautiful! We had fun getting to see the different parts of the estate and learning more about Mr. Vanderbilt. Did you know that it was basically he’s bachelor pad first? Me either! This Vanderbilt Museum engagement session was definitely one for the books!

Jenny said, “We were in Japan during a g l o b a l P A N D E M I C. Because we are C R A Z Y. We had an awesome day on Mt. Tenjo, ringing the “Bell of Love.” The bell is in a heart shaped frame that perfectly frames Mt. Fuji, and legend has it that if a couple rings the bell twice they will have a lifetime of love and happiness together. Anyway, we rang the bell, and then he got down on one knee!” That was such a sweet surprise ☺️

If you loved this Spanish architecture inspired engagement shoot, then show them some love down below in the comments! As always you can view my other engagement sessions here.
